What is Stack Modular’s Minimum Project Size?
We are a B2B manufacturer designed for volume. We do not accept projects for individual single-family homes, private residential lots, or small-scale custom builds (1-off houses). Our facility is optimized for:
- Multi-family Developments: Apartment complexes, social housing, and student residences.
- Hospitality: Large-scale hotels and resort developments.
- Resource & Workforce Housing: Large-scale accommodations for the mining and energy sectors.
- Commercial/Institutional: Senior living facilities and healthcare complexes.
Why We Don't Build Single-Family Homes
Modular construction offers the most value through repetition and scale. Because our process uses high-grade structural steel and advanced factory engineering, the "set-up" costs for a single home are not cost-effective for a private homeowner. We partner exclusively with developers, architects, and general contractors who are looking to build 20+ units or large-scale commercial structures.

If you are looking for the following, Stack Modular is not the right partner:
- Single-family detached houses or "tiny homes."
- Laneway houses or backyard suites.
- Individual custom home designs on private lots.
